AER

◆ ABOUT THE PROPERTY

AER — short for Arts & Entertainment Residences — is a 31-story, 334-residence tower in downtown Tampa's River Arts District, steps from the Straz Center and the Riverwalk. Designed by Cube 3 for American Land Ventures and Gazit Horizons, it's among the tallest residential towers in the city.

We shot AER for the energy of its location: the riverfront lifestyle, the arts-and-entertainment character of the neighborhood, and the design-forward amenities that define the building.
