WaterView at Echelon City Center brings 226 residences to a mixed-use district at Carillon in St. Petersburg, developed by St. Pete-based Echelon with Third Lake Partners and completed in 2021. One- to three-bedroom homes sit above ground-floor retail, with Tampa Bay in the distance and quick access to both downtowns.

We shot WaterView for its skyline-and-bay setting — aerials of the tower, the amenity spaces, and the connected, live-work-play energy of Echelon City Center.
